Report on Volunteer Hours and Outcomes

Hours of Service

Reports can be broad based covering the entire department or narrowly focused to report on an activity category or single activity. Most are available as a total between two dates and as a monthly report starting on any month. Relevant reports include the number of hours, the number of volunteers and the average number of hours per volunteer. Where applicable, the reports have bar or pie charts to illustrate the data.

Outcomes

More and more these days volunteer managers are being asked to provide data on the results of the volunteer efforts. With Volunteer Impact you can ask volunteers to record what they accomplished as well as how long they worked.

All Activity Level reports can be exported in a variety of formats including:

PDF - best for printing and emailing to others
Excel - handy for combining with other data or doing additional data analysis
MHTML - for publishing text and graphics together in a web page format
JPG - for cropping out graphs for use in your website
TIFF - for creating an image for use in print materials

Create lists of volunteers according to:

interests,
assignments,
qualifications,
custom fields,
dates on the schedule,
number of hours worked,
birthdays,
or any combination of the above.
